hi, my name is keila severino and i am a certified nurse assistant licensed to work in new york and ct. i am current seeking a job as a caregiver. i have over 10 years experiencie. i have worked with patients with the follwing diagnosis: alzheimer disease, osteoporosis, hypertension, congested heart failure, patients with foley catheter, picc line, g-tube and oxigen, paatients in wheel chair and i also worked with patients that are totally be redden. my duties includes but no limeted to :taking vital signs, record fluids intake and output, assist with personal hygiene, assist with daily activities such as exercise and games, meal preparation includes plan a prepare a well balance diet for patient, light housekeeping, shooping, doctors appoitments, laundry, post office, traveling, etc. references and other required documents are available upon request, thanks, ks.i have my own transportation.
